At Pastel Panic, we work with multiple fulfilment partners and warehouses around the world. Our products are made to order. These items are created just for you once your purchase is completed. This process allows us to reduce waste and offer more unique designs.
As a result, processing times may be slightly longer than standard stocked items. If you place an order with multiple items, these may arrive in multiple packages - we thank you for your understanding.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
5. Shipping
Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier services.
Estimated delivery is 10 to 30 business days depending on your location. Please note: these are estimate timeframes for all international areas.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products.
However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist in resolving the matter.

Product designs are the intellectual property of our multiple designers whom with work with and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
